Below are a selection of people and venues whom I have had the pleasure of working with and who have trusted me. I am happy to be able to share with you in turn, their products, services and therapies in which I trust.

What is CranioSacral Therapy? CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a type of gentle manual therapy that has its origins in osteopathy. It uses the body’s natural self-healing ability, allows it to heal at its own pace and enhances overall health. As it is a drugless, non-invasive and very safe treatment, CST is also suitable for babies, children and pregnant mothers. It is so gentle that even newborn babies have it. It works by releasing restrictions in the craniosacral system that may be affecting other parts of the body. The craniosacral system consists of the bones, membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. CST works with this system and the fascia that encloses and interconnects all of the structures inside the body. About Christine Christine Domingo Klitsie is a certified CranioSacral Therapist. She was trained as a medical doctor and then took up a corporate career during which she was drawn to alternative medicine. As a practitioner, she chose CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) because of their truly holistic approach and because these use the body’s ability to heal itself at its own pace. Aside from standard CST, she also specialises in CST for the brain, CST for children and babies, and CST for conception, pregnancy and childbirth. Christine believes in sharing and in empowering people to help themselves, so she developed and runs workshops in CranioSacral Therapy for self-treatment (‘Heal at Home’) and in interpersonal communication skills for healing (‘Communicate with Compassion’). She was a lecturer for therapists-in-training: Communication for Therapists, Basic Anatomy & Physiology, and Basic Pathology. She is also a facilitator for corporate workshops and an accredited instructor with First Aid International (UK).
