As a professional yoga devotee, she holds the renowned Experience Register Teacher 500H Yoga Alliance USA. In addition, she applies her own unique and dynamic Yoga Teacher Program with Yogatherapy Skyros.

Influenced by her teachers, peers, environment, and her extensive travels to Asia, Carmen brings more than 20 years of specialized training as a Personal Fitness Trainer to Advanced Level, Aroma Massage Therapist, Thai Massage Therapist, and Muay Thai Boxing Instructor Level 2.
